B. C and yes again, Vitamin C.......(again fruits and vegetables which also includes citrus fruits
C. Legumes.... that gives us fiber and vegetable protein (Beans and peas etc...
D. Fill up on Fiber.... yup, you guessed it.... fruits and vegetables but also whole grain breads, cereals and dried beans (Do you see a pattern here?
E. Forget the Fat...Especially those fats that come from animal sources instead choose lean meats, lower-fat dairy products and subsitute vegetable oils for butter or lard
F. Occasional Omega 3 Fats... fish(including salmon, trout and sardines as well as some nuts and walnuts)
G. And now for the final dictate... EXERCISE... yes you, get up off the couch, bed, lazy boy and walk your dog, pull some weeds, go get the mail, park at the far end of the lot when going shopping. Just start small and before you know it your health and mental outlook is improving...
