I often read and research for new information on breast cancer and treatments and outcomes and yet there are days, I just say what is on my mind. I find it very interesting as this site actually keeps track of how many hits my blog has on any certain day. I have been impressed by the fact that people are actually reading my material as it is something I hope helps others and then there are those days that I just say it like it is and I have as many hits on those days as those with information regarding breast cancer. It gives me pause to realize that it can't always be all about breast cancer and there are times that we all want to know how to make the day better, how to smile a little more, and be thankful for where we are. It is all news in one shape or another. None of us has all the answers and I know that I gain insight from others and hope that what I learn can help someone along the way although we all walk our own walk. It does stress to me that we are more alike than not and that we all experience similar highs and lows and sometimes have to fight those demons that sit on our shoulders and says we are not enough. We are enough and we need to know that we are doing our best and during those difficult times something will come through and you will have some help, maybe someone says thank you or someone shares a hug or gives a heartfelt compliment. I feel if we always complain, then that is all we will ever get. Avoid the negative and look for the positive. We all face trials and tribulations and isn't it better to face the challenges with your armour on with a good attitude and a smile and love in your heart as it will take you so much further than complaining about everything that stumbles into your way in whatever direction you are going today? I know that if I am thankful for what my husband did today that tomorrow he is much more willing to help again as needed but if all I do is complain then he is like a beaten dog and he wants to hide out. Think about how you present yourself and what influence you have on others. I for one prefer to laugh and smile as much as I can and realize that we are all facing trials and tribulations. The News of the day is that we face it so much better if we face it with faith and love in our hearts. Our rewards are in our lives everyday if we just take time to notice. The sunrise this morning brightened the start of my day. Today is a seminar that I hope will be bring me some tools to help my patients in the future and I will continue to laugh, be silly , and hug as often as possible. Make it a great day for others and your day will be better in return..
