6. Take early detection seriously... be proactive and take care of yourself and your body. Follow routine screenings and follow recommendations by your doctor.
We do not have to sit and just wait, we can be pro-active and get actively involved in our own care. There are more than 100 types of known cancer and one in eight women will develop breast cancer in their lifetime. Jump, shout and help yourself out... do what we all know is best and take care of yourself.
