This website is about empowering ourselves to take care of mind and body and to understand what our options are when faced with life altering news like being diagnosed with breast cancer. I have been there and I am now in a position to help.

The following pages of this website contain my story, photographs of me during my treatments and now as a survivor. There is also news that I can share on my blog about local events and new treatments and articles. Many other sources of information can be found on the links page where I provide websites I've found helpful.

I hope this site is of help you in your life journey, whether you have cancer, know someone who has cancer or just wants to learn more about prevention, self exams or healthy choices.

Thank you for visiting my website,

Sincerely,
Sue
