To ALL MY FAITHFUL FOLLOWERS: The holiday season is upon us and I have been randomly using my remaining vacation because, I am retiring on January 23rd, 2015. It is exciting and terrifying all in the same breath. I have worked from high school on and always have been in the medical field. Now comes a new page. I have been trying out a few things along the way to get into gear for the big shift. I am looking at auditing some classes, volunteering, and visiting kids. I have a stack of books I want to get through and some major cleaning and pitching as I am definitely in the less is better mode. I am sure I won't walk away from all my healthcare connections and will maintain a blog until I feel that I need to move on from that. I hope you stay tuned and that we can continue but I have lots of cards in my hands including five kids all over the world and I have some trips in mind as well. For those of you that made the transition, feel free to give me some advice and hints and for those of you not there yet, stay tuned as I turn yet another page but also will be working on giving you information regarding breast cancer, treatment, and survivorship.
May this Christmas season give you peace and joy and loads of love and be sure you share your gifts as well! With love, it will be a great day! S
